921 O’CONNOR   Remembering the Founder of the Voorheesville Village Quilters  (Local History)
Long time Voorheesville resident Linda O’Connor who founded the Voorheesville Quilters, died suddenly at the age of 75 in June 2012.  Her contributions to the art of quilting are surpassed only by her enduring friendships and teaching abilities.  Part 1: Linda’s life and abilities are remembered in her own words.  Part 2: Eight of Linda’s friends and fellow quilters tell vivid stories about Linda and how she influenced them and their quilting.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (PG-13)
A younger and more reluctant Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, sets out on an "unexpected journey" to the Lonely Mountain with a spirited group of Dwarves to reclaim their stolen mountain home from a dragon named Smaug.

Snitch (2013) (PG-13)
Construction company owner John Matthews learns that his estranged son, Jason, has been arrested for drug trafficking. Facing an unjust prison sentence for a first time offender courtesy of mandatory minimum sentence laws, Jason has nothing to offer for leniency in good conscience. Desperately, John convinces the DEA and the opportunistic DA Joanne Keeghan to let him go undercover to help make arrests big enough to free his son in return. With the unwitting help of an ex-con employee, John enters the narcotics underworld where every move could be his last in an operation that will demand all his resources, wits and courage to survive.
